What ways can I access Excel's Mobile Banking?
Access Mobile Banking through a web-enabled mobile phone by keying www.excelfcu.org into the browser window or download the EXCEL App, available through the iTunes and Android App Stores.
Do I need to be a member of EXCEL Federal Credit Union to use Mobile Banking?
Yes. Please visit our homepage at www.excelfcu.org to learn more about our credit union and how to join.
How do I get my mobile banking member number and password for logging into mobile banking?
Your mobile banking login information is the same information that's used to access MoneyLine, our 24-hour phone service, or NetBranch, our online banking service. If you have forgotten your login information or have never used these services before and do not have your member number and/or universal password, please contact us via email at info@excelfcu.org or by calling 770-441-9235.
What can I do with Mobile Banking?
With mobile banking, you can view your EXCEL accounts and transaction history, and provided you have an EXCEL checking account, you can also view images of your cleared checks. You can transfer funds between your EXCEL accounts and pay bills, as well as locate nearby ATMs and branches.
Is Mobile Banking secure?
Yes. EXCEL uses SSL encryption to communicate securely with all services. EXCEL always uses state-of-the-art security measures to protect your data, no matter how you choose to access your accounts.
